Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy for Vasumatis

Return Window: You can return, Exchange any item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Log into your account and click on the 'Cancel Order' option next to the order number you wish to cancel. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for order cancellation or exchange.
2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team.
• It may take between 3 to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The sarees or clothing items must be unwashed, and properly packed. They do not need to be in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return:

• To initiate a return, please visit our returns page at vasumatis.com/returns.
• Enter your order ID and either your mobile number or email.
• Once you initiate a return, follow the instructions provided.

Damaged or Tampered Packages:

• If you receive a product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
• Additionally, please email us at info@vasumatis.com mentioning your Order ID.

Important Notes:

• Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium, such as email, Facebook/Instagram chat, or phone call.
• When returning a product to the courier, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or via message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need proof of return from you.
• Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back at our warehouse.

Self-Shipping Option:

• If the reverse pick-up option is not available in your location, you can self-ship the products to us using a reliable courier service after raising a return request.
• Please ensure that the products are unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
• The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us.

Refunds:

Bundle Offers:

• If you decide to return only a portion of the products included in a bundle offer, the offer for the bundle discount (e.g., Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF, etc.) may no longer be valid.

Sale/Offer Items:

• Products purchased during a sale or offer will be eligible for an exchange.
